The COLLARBONE BREATHING TECHNIQUE is helpful to use when EFT is moving very slowly or does not appear to be working. It is a useful technique for chronic and complex problems. DURING THIS EXERCISE keep arms and elbows from touching the body. Breath in through the nose and out through mouth.

The 5 breathing positions for the following exercise using the left and then right hands are:

1. Take a normal breath.

2. Breathe in deep all the way in and hold.

3. Breathe out half way and hold.

4. Breathe out all the way and hold.

5. Breathe halfway in and hold. Breathe normal.

LEFT HAND: Place left fingertips on the left collarbone point (CB). While going through the 5 breathing positions tap on the left hand gamut spot at least 8 times with the fingers on your right hand.( arms and elbows out).

Bend your knuckles on your left hand and touch the left collarbone…breathe tapping the left hand gamut spot with the right hand fingers. While going through the 5 breathing positions, tap the left hand gamut spot with your right fingers at least 8 times.

Now move the fingers of your left hand and place on the right collarbone point. Repeat 5 breathing positions tapping on the left hand gamut spot with the right hand fingers.

Repeat with left knuckles on the right side collarbone point. Breathe through the 5 positions while tapping on the left hand gamut point with your right hand fingers 8 times.

RIGHT HAND: We will repeat the same process with the right hand and the right hand knuckles. Place right fingertips on the right collarbone point while breathing through the 5 positions…tapping on the right hand gamut point (8 times) with your left hand fingers.

Bend your knuckles on your right hand and touch the right collarbone point .Breathing the 5 positions while tapping on the right hand gamut spot with the fingers on your left hand.

Place your right fingertips on the left collarbone point and while breathing the 5 positions tap on the right gamut point with your left fingers.

Bend the knuckles of your right hand on the left collarbone point and while breathing the 5 positions tap on the right gamut point with the fingers of your left hand 8 times. Perform the collar bone breathing technique and then resume with the basic recipe on the specific aspect you are working on with your issue.
