WHAT IS MTT & EFT?
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique and most MTT, meridian tapping techniques refers to therapies that use both mind awareness and energetic interventions together in a particular treatment format. There are a number of wonderful energy modalities like Reiki, and TT (therapeutic touch) for example but what differentiates EFT and meridian tapping techniques is the brilliant combination of using cognitive and emotional processes in combination with specific meridian points on the body together.
Correcting a disruption in the energy system through tapping meridian points and tuning into the unwanted emotional disturbance simultaneously, disturbing emotions have the potential to collapse and assist a movement towards a more balanced state within. From the point of view of EFT, painful physical, emotional and spiritual symptoms are the result of a disruption in the energy system. It is often referred to as acupuncture without needles.
SERVICES
I OFFER preventative, holistic, personal and confidential counselling to individuals, (over 16 years of age) couples and families. Over the years, I have had many clients come for parenting issues in regards to their adolescent children and I do offer counselling to young adults as they begin to make transitions into independent living. If you have a child under the age of 16, I will be happy to consult with you, the parents/ caregivers to determine the best course to undertake to meet your goals.
I DO NOT OFFER counselling services to individuals with severe addiction to alcohol and or drugs, individuals experiencing or demonstrating physical violence and threats or individuals seeking counselling before having to go to court for an offence or charge. There are other community services that are more appropriate and specialized for these types of problems.

All of these links however have free information like tapping scripts, teleseminar access, and manuals. They are well worth checking out. Be aware that to access free resources they will require an e-mail address from you and often you will receive newsletters in your in box from that point on. This is a common practice.
